I have recently been a busy man promoting gluten free cooking and  “Vedam’s Gluten Free & Fabulous!” I am very happy to announce some exciting events that I have coming up over the next few months! Chef’s Demo at Atlanta’s PiedmontPark Green Market on Saturday, June 25. The demo will take place from 11:00 am - noon, and I will be preparing Gluten Free Grilled Vegetable Veggie Burgers. If you are in the Atlanta area (or know someone who is), mark your calendar now. Come out, take a walk through the park, buy some fresh vegetables and other goodies, stop by my demo stage, and get a GREAT GrilledVegetable VeggieBurger. What a great way to start your weekend!

Come by Williams-Sonoma The Forum on Peachtree Pkwy and meet Chef Vedam as he demonstrates how to cook a gluten free Southern, down-home meal of bread, cheddar biscuits, fried chicken, and macaroni and cheese. Chef Vedam will also be doing a book signing of “Vedam’s Gluten Free & Fabulous! Recipes From A Southern Gay Househusband.”

There is no charge for the demonstration, so bring a friend. Come by, get your own signed copy and have a taste of gluten free Southern decadence.

Chef Vedam’s Gluten Free Cooking Classes:

Join Chef Vedam as he takes you on a gluten free culinary adventure! Chef Vedam will be presenting 4 gluten free cooking classes at 3 different Williams-Sonoma locations. Williams-Sonoma  The Avenue at East Cobb, Williams-Sonoma The Forum on Peachtree Parkway and Williams Sonoma The Mall of Georgia. Each series will feature “Gluten Free Southern Cooking, Gluten Free Italian Cooking, Gluten Free Asian Cooking and Gluten Free Mexican Cooking.”

The class schedule for Williams-Sonoma The Avenue at East Cobb begins on Tuesday, August 2nd and will continue every other Tuesday night from 6 - 8 pm.  The class schedule for Williams-Sonoma The Forum on Peachtree Pkwy begins on Wednesday, August 3rd, and will continue every other Wednesday night from 6 - 8 pm. The classes at Williams Sonoma The Mall of Georgia will begin on Sunday, August 7th from 2 - 4 pm, and will continue each Sunday for the next consecutive 3 weeks.

These classes, even though great as a series, can also be taken individually. $10.00 will reserve your space.
